DGP C.V. Anand Reviews Policing in Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu

 Telangana DGP Sri C.V. Anand reached the Jayashankar Bhupalpally Police Headquarters in the afternoon and reviewed the performance of the Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu police units. The respective SPs presented the crime statistics, new initiatives, key challenges in the region, narcotics enforcement measures, transit routes, cheating and fraud cases, and other operational issues.

The DGP directed officers to strengthen security arrangements around critical establishments, including GENCO and Singareni, and to maintain heightened vigilance along important transit routes. SPs from EAGLE, CSB, T-SPARK and CID shared their observations, data and specific recommendations, along with action plans to further strengthen policing in both units.

Addressing Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors, the DGP exhorted them to sharpen their focus on new-age crimes and emerging threats and to make the fight against narcotics a personal mission. He stressed the need for proactive policing, stronger field intelligence and coordinated efforts to effectively address the evolving challenges in the region.
