Shri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra concluded peacefully today under tight police security. Shri CV Anand IPS, Director General of Police and Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, along with other senior officers, visited the field level and made arrangements in coordination with the organizers to ensure that the main processions left on time.
As a precautionary measure, arrangements were made to ensure that no untoward incident occurred at some sensitive and other religious places of worship in Hyderabad City, in consultation with the VHP, Bajrang Dal, and other religious leaders. Furthermore, arrangements were made under the leadership of local DCP officers to ensure the peaceful conduct of the procession.All Sri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatras were monitored continuously through CCTVs and drone cameras under Joint Command Control. Approximately 150 Sri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatras from the Hyderabad City Commissionerate and 40 Vijaya Yatras from Cyberabad and Rachakonda joined the main Sri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra. The Hyderabad City Police provided security for the Sri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra with 17,000 police personnel and additional armed forces. Traffic diversions were implemented at 45 locations in Hyderabad City to ensure the smooth conduct of the Sri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra without any hassle for the people of the city or the organizers.
The Sri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra started from Sri Rama Mandir, Gouli Guda, passed through Narayana Guda, RTC Crossroads, Ashok Nagar, Kavadi Guda, and Bible House to Tad Bund Hanuman Temple, and ended peacefully. After the conclusion of the Shri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra, the organizers were advised to take precautions during their return journey.
A joint control room was set up at the Hyderabad City Police Commissioner's Office, ICCC Building, Banjara Hills, since this morning. Senior officials from various departments, including GHMC, R&B, Fire Services, Electricity, EMRI, TGRTC, HMWS&SB, Transport Department, and Health & Medical Departments, were present. All of them monitored the situation through the joint command control, and if any difficulties were encountered, the problem was resolved through the coordination of all departments, with efforts made to ensure that the Shri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra took place in a peaceful atmosphere.
On this occasion, Shri CV Anand, IPS DG Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, once again expressed his sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to the peaceful conclusion of the Shri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra.
